How to claim

In the event of your death, your beneficiary will need to contact us by emailing claims@vivalife.co.za or calling 086 100 8482. We will request the relevant documents, to ensure the claim is assessed efficiently.

For your claim to be paid we require:
  • That your premiums are up to date
  • Correct and completed claims documents.
Disputed Claims:
  • If your beneficiary does not agree with our decision, they can ask us to look at it again within 90 (ninety) days of the date we communicate it, or contact the National Financial Ombud Scheme.
